MedVoice Communications

• Once you have a diagnostic test done (i.e. bloodwork, x-rays, etc.), it may take 2-7 days for us to get your results, depending on the type of test that was ordered.
• The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner must review the results, first, before an opinion and a recommendation can be made.
• Once we have reviewed the test results, we will leave a message for you on the MedVoice System.  You will receive an automated message within 24 hours letting you know that a personal message has been left for you on the MedVoice System.
• At that point, call 1-800-585-9299 and follow the easy instructions.  Remember to have your ID# ready.
• This system is HIPAA compliant.
• Please be advised that we may leave you a detailed message with instructions or simply a message that we need you to come in for an appointment to discuss more complicated test results.
• In the event that you are dealing with a very urgent/critical matter, we may ask you to call our office for test results instead (or we may call you).

We are currently implementing an Electronic Health Record.  In the near future, you will be able to view your test results and our comments regarding those results through a secured website and personal account.
