Get Acquainted Visit
- Required of all New Patients

- Prepares us in the event you need us for an emergency or to be admitted to the hospital
- Please bring all your medications bottles to ALL of your office visits.
Same Day Scheduling
- Allows more access and more flexibility
- Used for 9 years with great success!
- Most appointments are not scheduled in advance due to your busy and changing schedules and you can not predict when you will become ill.
- Most appointments are scheduled the afternoon before (for the next morning) OR scheduled on the same day.
- We do prefer to advance schedule hospital follow-up visits and ALL new patient visits or instances where prior arrangements are warranted (i.e. ride availability or work circumstances).
Phone Medicine
- We prefer to diagnose your illness in the office (not over the phone).
- We keep phone and weekend medicine to a minumum.
After-hours/Weekend Coverage
If you have a serious Emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
We always have a doctor on-call who is available for phone consultation for after-hours or weekend emergencies. Please do not use this service for non-urgent matters that can be dealt with during regular business hours.
Health Maintenance Visits
- If you have multiple medical problems (i.e. high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and/or heart disease), we will see you a minimum of two times per year.
- If your health problems are not CONTROLLED, we will see you more often.
- All patients should be seen at least yearly for a well exam/physical.
- Children under the age of 2 will follow a more rigorous schedule of Well-Visits
Medication Refills
- Please call your pharmacy and have them fax a refill request to our office.
- Please give our office 2 business days to refill your prescriptions.
- No medication refills are done after-hours or on Saturdays.
- If you have no refills available it may be because your are due for lab work or an office visit. If this is the case, our office will call you to make arrangements.
